Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their item, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To cancel an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at dpbcarpentry@gmail.com

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items under the 14-day cooling-off period. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.

Please note that custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order tables are non-refundable once production has begun and are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your table arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the item received.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Items damaged through misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
