1. About Us
We are a small business making and selling custom tables. Each item is made with care, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
2. Orders
All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Please check your order details carefully before confirming.
We may contact you if we need clarification about your order.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required before production or delivery begins.
We accept standard payment methods (bank transfer, card, etc.).
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated time given at purchase.
Delays may happen due to suppliers, courier issues, or custom work.
We will always try to keep you updated if delays occur.
5. Custom Products
Custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Small differences in colour, wood grain, or finish are normal and not faults.
6. Returns & Refunds
Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the issue.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please send photos of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages once the product has been delivered and accepted.
